Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NyayaMitra AI ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

NyayaMitra AI provides AI-powered legal information, research assistance, document analysis, contract review, and related tools. The Platform uses large language models to process your queries and generate responses based on publicly available legal information.

The Platform does not:

• Provide qualified legal advice
• Create a solicitor-client or advocate-client relationship
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of legal information
• Replace consultation with a licensed legal professional

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• You must provide accurate registration information
• One account per person unless you have written permission for multiple accounts
• Legal professionals using the Platform for client work remain responsible for all advice given

You may use the Platform to:

• Research legal concepts, statutes, regulations, and case law
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents
• Understand regulatory requirements applicable to your business
• Prepare for legal proceedings with proper professional guidance

You may not use the Platform to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or facilitate any crime
• Circumvent any applicable law or legal obligation
• Upload content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate our AI models
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written agreement
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code

• Free plan: 5 AI consultations per month
• Pro and Enterprise plans: Billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout
• Payments via UPI or cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable unless the Platform fails to provide the service
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid new pricing.

We understand that legal queries are often sensitive. We treat all content you submit as confidential subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your specific queries or documents with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

• You retain all rights to content you upload or create using the Platform
• AI-generated outputs are provided to you royalty-free for your lawful use
• The Platform, its design, and our AI models are proprietary to NyayaMitra Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• You may not reproduce or distribute our Platform's interface or models

AI-generated legal information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Legal information changes frequently. Always verify critical information with current primary sources and seek professional legal advice for decisions with significant consequences.

We make no warranty that the Platform is suitable for any specific legal matter in any specific jurisdiction. Legal requirements vary significantly and AI analysis cannot substitute for local expertise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NyayaMitra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated legal analysis.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We encourage resolution through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
